In a shameless self-plug, I though I might as well excuse myself and show my (few) readers the reason I’d been away from this blog for two months (apart from my evergreen excuse, the weather) 
.
After some deliberation, several failed attempts and much procrastination, I’d finally launched my online aviation photo portfolio! Nothing too fancy or ambitious, just a collection of several dozen of (what I believe to be) my best photos, many of which you’d already had the chance to see here. Despite that – and the despite the fact that it is based on the same WordPress system I use for this blog – the site had taken quite a bit of work (not least for my webmaster
